By accessing and using the Reasonable Healthcare website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement between you and Lovely Leads LLC. Reasonable Healthcare provides health insurance guidance and enrollment services directly, through our own licensed agents. Our services include:

• Support from our licensed agents in reviewing your options
• Educational resources about health insurance
• Quote preparation and enrollment assistance
• Customer support before, during, and after enrollment

We provide these services to you directly. We do not sell your information, and we do not provide it to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Supply truthful and accurate information when completing forms or communicating with our representatives
• Comply with Laws: Use our services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Respect Others: Not engage in any conduct that is harmful, threatening, or abusive toward our staff or other users

Not an Insurance Company: Reasonable Healthcare is not an insurance company and does not underwrite or issue insurance coverage. We provide guidance and enrollment services; coverage itself is issued by the licensed carrier that writes your policy.

Agent Relationships: Our licensed agents are appointed with the carriers whose plans they present. Carriers remain responsible for the terms of the insurance products they issue.

Coverage Decisions: Final decisions regarding insurance coverage, premiums, and benefits are made solely by the insurance carriers, not by Reasonable Healthcare.

You agree to receive messages from Reasonable Healthcare about your health insurance enquiry and enrollment, including verification messages, appointment reminders, and customer care follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact contact@reasonablehealthcare.org or (844) 615-0583. Reply STOP to cancel.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, after which we will send one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
